Day 6

Weighed myself again this morning, down another 0.5lbs!!!

Morning
1 mug of coffee with milk

Lunch
1 bread roll with low fat butter
1 slice ham

Dinner
1 Salmon fillet
Small portion of mashed potatoes
green beans

Snacks
1 Ice lolly
1 Orange

6 pounds so far! You are doing great - I'm so proud.

I ended up Week 1 down 7 pounds myself. We are really doing it!
