Was out last night with 3 girls from work for a few drinks. Had a really good night, but was pretty hungover today.

Breakfast
Nothing

Lunch
WW Brown Roll
3 Slices Wafer Thin Chicken
1 Crepe with Low Fat Spread

Dinner
King Prawns
Salad
Salad Dressing
Walkers Square Crisps

Going out tonight for a few drinks with 3 of the girls from work, managed to save 5.5 points from yesterday.

Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs (2)
1 Teaspoon Low Fat Butter
1/4 Pint Semi Skimmed Milk for Coffee

Lunch
Medium Baked Potato
Small Portion of Cheese and Coleslaw

Dinner
1 Fajita

So far that's 17 points, so I have 3 left for today, added to yesterdays 5.5 = 8.5points for drinks today, WHICH I know will not be enough, but I am going to try and count how many drinks I have tonight, so I reduce my points for the next few days to make up the extra I have tonight!! Well, that's the plan anyway.

Re-joined Weight Watchers last night.....................................................and so far it's going well. I bought a journal to write down what i eat everyday, so i have no excuse.

Well, my dieting hasn't been good since I last update my blog!, I put on 1lb this week. I think I have been very lucky that is all I have put on as I haven't been watching or writing down what I have been eating.
Too many sweets and way too much Drinks!!
Had my works Dinner and Dance last Friday, I couldn't even begin to tell you how many drinks I had that night!! But it was a really good nice and my dress didn't look that bad on! (photo attached)
I have decided that I need some help with loosing the rest of lbs I want to shift, so tonight I am going along to a Weight Watchers class near my house. I need some help to get back on track.
Next week, I am going to Stavanger to work for a week, but that's shouldn't be a problem. I just need to work out how many points everything is before I eat them and then write it down. Also planning to try and do a least an hour of walking in the evenings.
